1. Eastern Time Zone Quilts Across America-- (10-noon EST)
Learn how to construct the V-Block unit from Studio 180 Design so that you can make the 2024 QAA quilt entitled, Triangulum. Select a time zone and sew with other quilters for 2 hours.
There will be a short demonstration at the start of your session on how to construct the V-Block from Studio 180 Design followed by constructing the block for Triangulum.
The idea is that you are working on a twin-size quilt to donate to your local Sleep in Heavenly Peace chapter (SHP). Sleep in Heavenly Peace provides beds for kids between the ages of 3-17 who would otherwise be sleeping on the floor. QAA completes the process by providing quilts for those kids who receive a bed.
Join the adventure of getting kids off the floor, into a bed, and under a quilt for a good night's sleep.
Pull fabrics from your stash and put it to good use.
